Founded by two experienced professionals from engineering, construction and project delivery, who recognised that successful property investment relies on disciplined decision-making, rigorous due diligence and long-term thinking.

Jack Staunch

Jack Staunch

  • Private equity-backed consultancy experience

Jack brings a background in fire engineering, construction and residential development, advising developers, architects and contractors on projects across the UK.

He has also seen the growth of a private equity-backed consultancy from the inside, with direct exposure to commercial decision-making and value creation.

At Quattro Homes, Jack leads technical due diligence, refurbishment planning and project delivery.

Shane Ryan

  • Worked alongside many of the UK's leading developers

Shane brings over 15 years in engineering, construction and the built environment, and leads a national engineering consultancy delivering complex residential, commercial and higher-risk projects across the UK.

A Chartered Engineer and MBA, he pairs technical rigour, assessing build quality and structural risk, with the financial discipline to model returns and structure acquisitions properly.

He has helped lead a business through private equity ownership and a corporate transaction, working alongside many of the UK's leading developers, contractors and consultants.

At Quattro Homes, Shane leads acquisitions, investment analysis, finance and long-term portfolio strategy.
